Hundreds of radical Islamists held a protest in Islamabad's Red Mosque on Friday, demanding the reopening of the mosque to resume normal prayers at the complex. The mosque was closed by authorities after a deadly commando raid in July. Chanting anti- Musharraf slogans, the protesters offered Friday prayer on the road, adjacent to the Lal Masjid or Red Mosque.
