Sri Lanka has strongly denied the allegations of human rights violation by its forces after some pictures emerged, of the alleged cold-blooded killing of LTTE chief Velupillai Prabhakaran's 12-year-old son, slamming them as "lies, half truths and numerous forms of speculation". The Sri Lankan High Commissioner to India, Prasad Kariyawasam, has claimed that the pictures were morphed and were being circulated ahead of the International meeting to embarrass the nation.
