Israel said Wednesday it would open a crossing in the coming days to allow Palestinians from Gaza to exit to Egypt.
The statement by COGAT, the Israeli military body charged with facilitating aid to Gaza, did not say whether there would be restrictions on who was allowed to leave Gaza.

It also did not specify when exactly the Rafah crossing would open.
