WASHINGTON: Imprisoned transgender soldier Chelsea Manning was briefly hospitalised this week, the US Army said on Wednesday amid media reports the famous intelligence leaker had attempted suicide. An army spokesman said Manning had been taken to a local hospital in Kansas on Tuesday morning. A report said Manning had tried to hang herself.
