At least 60 people were injured when a bamboo bridge collapsed near Indo-Nepal border.
According to police, the bridge collapsed as people were crossing the river.
Movement via the bridge has increased after the main border entry point was sealed in Raxaul for the ongoing Lok Sabha elections in India.

Those injured have been admitted to different hospitals located in Nepal and India for treatment.
