Seven people were killed on Tuesday in clashes in Cairo between supporters and opponents of Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, medical sources told AFP.
The clashes in Cairo's Giza neighbourhood also left dozens injured "some of whom are in critical condition from bullet wounds," the medics said.
