Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, is readying to welcome its first residents with Emaar Properties currently conducting an orientation programme for Armani Residences homeowners.

The interiors of the world-class and first of its kind Armani Residences is in the final stages, and finishing work of The Residences in Burj Khalifa is progressing at a fast pace, its developer Emaar Properties has said.
The Residences, comprising 900 apartments, and The Corporate Suites, a collection of high-end offices, will be handed over to customers starting March.
"With Emaar taking charge of the tower from our various consultants and contractors, the orientation programme for home-owners has commenced," Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director – UAE, Emaar Properties, said.
