After leaving office in 2008, former US president George W. Bush is returning with his own version of issues and decisions of his administration that remains highly unpopular.

Decision Points, Bush’s memoir, is due out in mid-November. The theme of the book is to “lay out for people all of the information he received and the advice he was getting, and ultimately engage the readers to decide for themselves how they would have acted if they were in his shoes,” David Sherzer, a spokesman for Bush, told The Wall Street Journal. The book will cover his administration’s decisions on 9/11, tax cuts, Iraq, Afghanistan and all other contentious issues.
