China's health ministry says 32 more people have been confirmed with swine flu, bringing the total on the mainland to 329 cases.

China's health ministry says 32 more people have been confirmed with swine flu, bringing the total on the mainland to 329 cases.
The Ministry of Health said late Friday on its Web site that nine of the cases were in Beijing and 10 were in southern Guangdong province, including six at a primary school.

Numerous foreigners have been quarantined in China over swine flu concerns, including school groups from California and Maryland.
