Kenya Red Cross Disaster Preparedness Manager Davis Okoko says at least 34 people have been reported missing since the blaze. The Red Cross says its workers are sifting through the debris on Friday.

The fire started in the middle of the day when the streets were packed with people. Thousands streamed out of nearby buildings.
