A judicial probe into the murder of a Nepali media entrepreneur has held Indian criminal gangs linked to underworld don Chota Rajan responsible for the crime.
Former Justice Govinda Prasad Parajuli submitted the report to Home Minister Bhim Rawal on Wednesday. Jamim Shah, a Nepali of Kashmiri origin, was gunned down in Kathmandu on February 7.
