Ali's blood-soaked body was found yesterday after a child noticed a pool of blood under the car and alerted passers-by.

Authorities said there were as many as 10 deep stab wounds, indicating the brutality with which the victim was attacked.

Cash was also found in the backseat of the car, a report said today.

The victim hailed from Kasargode district of Kerala.
