The centrally air-conditioned house located in Brampton, which Kumar had bought for US $610,000, overlooks a duck pond and has a saltwater pool, bar and a cabana, Subhash Joshi, a real estate agent said.

According to an advertisement, the 5,600 sq ft home will be available for public viewing from March 20 for people to make an offer, he said.

The house which was bought in February 2007 has been listed for sale for over US $600,000. It is co-owned by Kumar's wife Poonam, who left the house a couple of weeks back with their two sons after being holed up for weeks following intense media glare.

Kumar and Poonam had bought the property for US $610,000. The Royal Bank of Canada financed it with US $457,500 while Kumar paid the balance, media reports said.
