The infamous poll was afterall a prank played by a kid. The Secret Servide found out that a juvenile was behind the Facebook posting that asked whether President Obama should be assassinated.

After a chat with the young kid and the parents, the agency has decided not to press charges, a spokesman said. “This is something we classified as a mistake on the juvenile's part.”

Secret Service agents determined that there was no intent to harm Obama.

The agency declined to release the juvenile's name, age or residence.
