Obama 6-point ahead of McCain

According to a poll released, Obama leads McCain 49 per cent to 43 per cent among likely voters, up from a 4-point advantage on Saturday.

Democrat Barack Obama has moved into a 6-point lead over Republican rival John McCain in the US presidential race, according to a poll released on Sunday.

Obama leads McCain 49 per cent to 43 per cent among likely voters, up from a 4-point advantage on Saturday. The poll has a margin of error of 2.9 percentage points.
