Police have arrested the man who shot and wounded several people while disguised as a police officer at a youth meeting of the ruling Labour Party near Oslo on Friday, public broadcaster NRK reported.

Police have not confirmed the report of the arrest. NRK reported earlier that the gunman had wounded four or five people in the shootings.
