A 38-second video posted on YouTube 16 days ago shows a couple dancing with faces of the Himalayan nation’s former prime minister and the ex-governor of Alaska pasted on them. It’s one of the most popular of the over 300 Prachanda videos on the site.
Till Thursday afternoon the video that has been categorised under political humour and given five star rating had been viewed 13,364 times while Prachanda’s dance with actress Rekha Thapa had been seen 9,174 times.
The Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) chief has been shown dressed in a brown floral shirt with white sneakers and formal trousers that were in fashion in the 1980s and Palin is wearing a dark brown knee-length evening dress.
