Seven killed in suicide attack on Iraqi police: officer
A suicide car bomb attack on a security post in the centre of Iraq's restive northern city of Mosul killed at least seven people, four of them police.

A suicide car bomb attack on a security post in the centre of Iraq's restive northern city of Mosul on Tuesday killed at least seven people, four of them police, a police officer said.
The attack, in the Al-Bid neighbourhood, also wounded at least 17 people, including nine policemen, said police captain Ahmad al-Sabbaui.
US military commanders say Mosul is the last urban bastion in Iraq.
