‘How can it be’ would be the first loud question from anybody who goes through the headline. But, hold on! Even an imaginary comic figure can bail a man out of his financial crisis and help him marry off his daughter. Just read how.

A 69-year-old man in the US has sold a rare 1963 Spider-Man comic for $7,900 at an auction which he would use to pay for his daughter's wedding!
Richard Schaen, from Cleveland Heights in Ohio, sold a well-preserved copy of 'Amazing Spider-Man' No 1, which he had bought when it came out in March 1963 for a mere 12 cents.
The retired electronics technician was a little concerned about the cost of his eldest daughter's pending nuptials until he remembered an old box of comic books he had stored away.
He listed the Spider-Man comic with Comiclink.com, an auction company, and was happily surprised when it sold for $ 7,900.
"I gave my daughter a promissory note for the money with a picture of the Spider-Man comic, which we can use to pay for a big part of the catering for her reception," he said.
The condition of the comic was listed as a 6.5 on a scale of 10. A perfect copy could sell for three or four times more than that.
