A suicide bomb attack on a construction company in eastern Afghanistan killed 15 people, a spokesman for the provincial governor said on Monday.
"The attacker smashed a car laden with explosives into the construction company building," Mokhles Afghan said of the attack, which took place on late Sunday.

"Ten people were killed immediately and five others died overnight of their injuries."
