US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Tuesday the US-British special relationship "really stands the test of time," as she received British counterpart David Miliband.
"It's certainly special in my mind and one that has proven very productive," said Clinton as she stood next to Miliband, the first foreign minister she has met since becoming secretary of state. "This relationship really stands the test of time."
