According to the Bangor Daily News, Derek Stansberry, of Riverview, Florida, is scheduled to be arraigned July 28 in US District Court in Bangor.

Prosecutors say Stansberry passed a note to a flight attendant that said he had a fake passport and told federal air marshals that he had dynamite aboard a Paris-to-Atlanta flight on April 27.
