MBA, MASE admissions open at Ambedkar University

The School of Business, Public Policy and Social Entrepreneurship of Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) has announced admissions for two year (full-time) MBA programme and two year (full-time) MA in social entrepreneurship (MASE).

Candidates who have secured at least 50% of marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PD categories) in a bachelor’s degree programme are eligible to apply. Candidates who will be appearing in the final year of bachelor’s degree examination are also eligible to apply. There are 42 seats in MBA and 10 seats in MASE programme.

Eligible candidates will be required to take a written test which will be conducted at 2 pm on April 10, 2016 at AUD. Based on the scores obtained, candidates will be shortlisted for personal interviews for MBA. They will also write an essay of 300 words on the day of the interview, which will be assessed when they are interviewed. Students seeking admission to the MASE programme will also be shortlisted for personal interviews on the basis of admission test scores. A statement of purpose submitted by them during admissions will also be assessed at the time of interview.

The two-hour admission test will consist of multiple choice questions. It is an aptitude test comprising two sections intended to assess the candidate’s ability in the area of quantitative skills and analytical reasoning and English language comprehension and verbal ability.

Online application facilities will close on March 31, 2016. Candidates are required to apply online by paying an application fee of Rs. 1,000 (Rs.500 for SC/ST/PD candidates).The fees for the two year MBA programme is Rs. 2,42,640 and Rs.2,37,720 for two year MASE programme.
