Shivpal Yadav to form a new party after UP elections

Addressing a gathering at U.P.'s Etawah today, Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Shivpal Yadav said he was “bestowed” with a ticket for contesting this election; and with the conflicts going on in the party, he will definitely form a new party after March 11.
