The famous art and history museum in Geneva, Switzerland is celebrating its 100th year. The museum was designed by Swiss architect Marc Camoletti.
A year-long series of events has been taking place, one Sunday a month, ever since February, with concerts, treasure hunts and readings, in order to commemorate the Golden Jubilee. Festivities began in February and this month the art and history museum is illuminated. The museum first opened its doors on October 15, 1910.
