Nupur Jain (22) breathed her last at People Hi Tech hospital in Bhopal on Saturday, officials said. Jain hailed from Vidisha district and she was tested positive for swine flu on September 2, they added.
With this, 12 deaths in Bhopal, 13 in Indore, seven in Jabalpur and one death in Gwalior have taken place due to swine flu in Madhya Pradesh since last month so far.
Condition of 23 people, out of 87 undergoing treatment in different hospitals is stated to be critical in the state, they said.
Of these, 14 are undergoing treatment in Indore, four in Ujjain, three in Bhopal, and one each in Jabalpur and Gwalior.
Eleven persons were tested positive for swine flu and 16 people with symptoms of HINI virus were on Saturday admitted in different hospitals across the state.
