Aishwarya’s Jazbaa collects Rs 17.35 crore in four days

Jazbaa is Aishwarya Rais’ comeback to films after five years. Her last film was Guzaarish that released in 2010.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s comeback movie Jazbaa made a less-than-impressive start at the ticket windows, collecting only Rs 17.35 crore in first four days of its release. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the film’s earnings on his Twitter timeline on Tuesday.

Directed by Sanjay Gupta, Jazbaa is an action thriller that also stars Irrfan Khan. The film is a remake of Korean film Seven Days.

Jazbaa is about the fierce fight a mother, Anuradha Verma (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan) puts up to save her kidnapped daughter. She seeks help from a corrupt police officer Yohan (Khan) in finding her child.

Jazbaa’s starcast also boasts of actors such as Shabana Azmi and Jackie Shroff.
