Ali Fazal: Paris Jackson plans to visit India soon, I would love to host her
Actor Ali Fazal says there is still time before his film with Paris Jackson, daughter of late Michael Jackson, goes on floors.
Ali Fazal created quite a buzz when he got to star with Hollywood actor Judi Dench in Victoria and Abdul. And now, the actor is all set to share screen space with Paris Jackson in his next project. Ali, who isn’t keen on divulging much about the venture, shares that unlike reports, the film isn’t inspired from Bollywood musicals.

“I don’t know from where such stories are coming. The film isn’t based on Bollywood and there are no songs planned for it. The subject of the film is different,” says Ali, who is excited to work with Paris Jackson, the daughter of pop legend, late Michael Jackson.
“Paris is a sweet girl and at a young age, she is doing a lot. She is talented, hardworking. We had random conversations about Bollywood and India, as she was interested to know about our culture. She plans to visit India soon, and if she is here, I would love to host her,” says Ali.
Ask him about when the film will go on floors, and the 31-year-old, who will next be seen in the sequel to Fukrey (2013), says, “Nothing has been finalised yet. I guess Paris is busy with some American TV show, and I’ve a few prior commitments. So there’s still some time for the film.”
