Bareilly Ki Barfi trailer: Ayushmann, Kriti, Rajkummar’s love triangle is hilarious and quirky

Bitti (Kriti Sanon) is very different from the usual Bareilly girls. She enjoys her drink, smokes, and is not afraid of speaking her mind.

Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao are fast becoming the primary choices for Bollywood films based in smaller cities. If Ayushmann nailed it as a Haridwar boy in Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Rajkummar upped his game in Dolly Ki Doli. This time, director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s film Bareilly Ki Barfi brings them together. However, the film is centred on neither of them. Instead, Kriti Sanon, alias Bitti, is the star.

Bareilly Ki Barfi will hit the screens on August 18, 2017.

She is very different from the usual Bareilly girls. She enjoys her drink, smokes, and is not afraid of speaking her mind. She is also an ardent reader of a writer called Pritam Vidrohi (Rajkummar Rao) and wants to meet him. Her close friend Chirag Dubey (Ayushmann Khurrana) wants to win her over and thus he hatches a plan involving Vidrohi.

However, everything goes haywire when the three meet.

The film’s trailer is full of quirky traits of its lead actors and promises a fun film. The nearly 3-minute video has pace and appears author-backed.

Bareilly Ki Barfi will hit the screens on August 18, 2017.
