Kareena Kapoor has landed herself the lead role in Karan Johar-Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming venture.
According to reports, the 31-year-old actor and Katrina Kaif were both considered for the flick, but the Bodyguard star has bagged the project.
Apparently, the Kapoor girl is currently Johar’s favourite after her impressive performance in his film, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.
A source told Mumbai Mirror, "Kareena has bagged a very big role in this film. Currently, she is Karan's favourite. He was very happy with her performance in Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, directed by Shakun Batra."
