The first trailer of Emraan Hashmi-starrer Raja Natwarlal is out.

Bollywood's serial kisser

portrays a conman in this Kunal Deshmukh directorial venture and is paired opposite Pakistani actor Humaima Malick.

The trailer brings some smart conman language. Sample this: "

Life iss paise ki tarah hai, bus ek baar kharch kar paoge

Veteran actor Paresh Rawal impresses as Raja's scheming guru. See him assure Raja, "

Aaj tak tum sirf Raja the, Natwarlal main tumhe banaunga

" in an obvious reference to famous conman Mithilesh Kumar Srivastava of Bihar, better known as Natwarlal, who is said to have sold Taj Mahal and Rashtrapati Bhavan among others several times.

Actor Kay Kay Menon plays Vardhan, the villain and Raja's chief target. Watch Emraan plan a perfect setup with guru Paresh Rawal to sell a fake cricket team to Vardhan.

In a first, Hashmi has featured in a high-energy street dance number in

Raja Natwarlal

. "I have never done a full-fledged dance number in any of my films till now. So, when Kunal discussed the song with me, I was quite reluctant about it. However, Kunal and Raju were persistent and finally managed to convince me to do the song," Emraan had said earlier.

Unlike the earlier reports, the film does not look like a remake of Amitabh Bachchan's 70s hit film, Mr Natwarlal.

The trailer certainly looks promising and here's hoping Kunal has the necessary thrills and suspense to go with a conman story.

The film also features Deepak Tijori. Earlier titled Shaatir, Raja Natwarlal is slated to hit theatres on August 29, 2014.
