Guess who is happy with Aamir Khan’s father figure in Dangal?

Unlike his earlier films like Raja Hindustani, Fanah and Talaash, where he played a father but to sons alone, Aamir finally essays the role of a father to girls.

The trailer of Aamir Khan starrer Dangal has totally blown audiences away with the kind of thundering response that it has gathered. The 51-year-old actor’s daughter Ira Khan is ‘very happy and glad’ with the role her dad playing in the film.

Dangal will hit the screens on December 23, 2016.

Unlike his earlier films like Raja Hindustani, Fanah and Talaash, where he played a father but to sons alone, Aamir finally essays the role of a father to girls.

A spokesperson confirmed saying, “It’s for the first time that Aamir will be playing a father figure of 4 girls, the curiosity and the anxiety of the audiences to witness the same is increasing.”

“Aamir’s transformation has been phenomenal, the actor has gone under some rigorous preparations and training to essay the role of the wrestler Mahavir Phogat. The actor has left no stone unturned,” the spokesperson added.

Aamir Khan went under complete transformation for Dangal.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film hits theatres on December 23 this year.
