Besides the fact that the film is a unique attempt in itself, KJo added some more uniqueness to the film by acquiring the rights of two classic songs that had been recorded by the legendary great (late) Madan Mohan and Shankar Jaikishan. The songs are Lag Jaa Gale and Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Ye respectively.

Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, the film's producer Ashi Dua said, "The whole thing is so cool. There are many who hail from the present generation, who have grown up listening to these gems. And considering that these two classic songs are a part of my film is a big time boon to everyone alike, irrespective of the age."
