Madhuri Dixit open to Marathi cinema

Now, Madhuri Dixit is set to make her big screen comeback with Dedh Ishqiya this month.
But ask the actor, who is returning to the silver screen at a time when the standing of a
is proportional to how much money it makes at the box-office, and she seems unperturbed.
"This Rs 100 crore club is just a coined term. When a film does well, everyone is happy," she says, pointing out that it’s always the content that makes the difference.
When asked if she’s interested in regional cinema, especially Marathi movies (since she is Maharashtrian), Madhuri says, "If it’s destined to happen, it will. I’m open to the idea as long as someone approaches me with a good story. I will treat the script like any other Hindi film. But I don’t have any such plans right now."
Madhuri has been doing stage shows with her co-star of many films, Shah Rukh Khan.
