Actor Manisha Koirala is going behind the camera for her directorial debut. The movie, to be filmed in Sri Lanka, is inspired by the life of Gautam Buddha.

Actor Manisha Koirala is going behind the camera for her directorial debut. The movie, to be filmed in Sri Lanka, is inspired by the life of Gautam Buddha.
Currently in the scripting stage, it will tentatively go on floors by the end of this year. “Yes, it is true that she is turning a director soon. Manisha is coming to Mumbai soon to start work on the film,” her spokesperson was quoted as saying.
