Bollywood stars and rumoured couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh may not have officially confirmed being together but the duo never shies away from public display of affection on social media. Both Ranveer and Deepika often comment on each other’s posts and the latest is Deepika’s epic response to a Ranveer picture that was shared by a fanclub!

Ranveer was spotted busy with his phone at 3am during Sonam Kapoor’s wedding reception. Someone clicked the photo and a Deepika Padukone fanclub commented that he must be calling “bae”. Deepika took no time in responding to the post with a heart emoji! Now isn’t that confirmation enough that the two are deeply, madly in love? Deepika could not attend Sonam’s wedding celebrations as she had to head to Cannes film festival after attending the Met Gala. The theme for this year’s Met Gala was Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination. Deepika’s bright red gown got accolades from the fashionistas.

Earlier this week, when Deepika shared her Met Gala look in an Instagram post, Ranveer was quick to comment with a passionate ‘Uff Yaar!’ even as he danced the night away at Sonam and Anand’s wedding reception in Mumbai.

Deepika has now returned to the French Riviera where she will make her red carpet appearance at the 71st Cannes Film Festival. After Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s wedding and Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja tying the knot, reports have suggested that Deepika and Ranveer will also get married later this year. Both the actors have not commented on the speculation.

On the work front, Deepika has Vishal Bhardwaj’s Sapna Didi along with Irrfan Khan while Ranveer will soon be seen in Gully Boy and Simmbaa. He will also start working on Kabir Khan’s film based on the unexpected Indian victory at the 1983 Cricket World Cup.
