Seems like 2016 has been a very strenuous year for Randeep Hooda as he had to undergo a huge physical transformation for his two back-to-back movies.

The 39-year-old posted a black-and-white snap of his pumped-up physique on Twitter and wrote alongside, “From 65kgs in #Sarbjit to 95kgs in #DoLafzonKiKahani .. It was one hell of a year ..Pls don’t try this at home.”

Sarbjit, which released on May 20, earned Randeep a huge appreciation for not only his acting, but also his physical transformation to sketch the real Sarabjit Singh’s traumatic life.

Till now, the movie that also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Richa Chadda has earned Rs 24.64 crores in the Box-Office.
