While model Natalia Vodianova met her childhood crush, British actor Archie Panjabi too was elated to have met Shah Rukh Khan at the Vogue Women Awards on Sunday.

He is the top superstar of Bollywood, but even Shah Rukh Khan would not have imagined the kind of response he got at the Vogue Women Awards on Sunday evening. While model Natalia Vodianova met SRK, her childhood crush, British actor Archie Panjabi too was elated to have met the King Khan.

SRK looked dapper in a white shirt, a black suit and black trousers along with a black bow-tie and black shoes. Natalia shared a picture with the romance king and wrote, “Meeting last night my teenage crush, the king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan His films Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Dil To Pagal Hai used to make me dream of India, true love and passion, made me love dancing and colorsToday I was honored to meet him in person and give him Vogue’s Entertainer of the Year Award. Archie too was excited to meet Shah Rukh and claimed he inspires her with his wit and humility. “Precious moment #VogueWomenOfTheYearAwards @VOGUEIndia was meeting @iamsrk who inspires me across the globe with his class, wit and humility,” she wrote.

Television host and author Padma Lakshmi also took to Instagram and shared a snap with Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She captioned the picture, “@iamsrk #aishwaryaraibachchan @gaurikhan and lil’ ol me going all #Bollywood @vogueindia #voguewomenoftheyear.”

Shah Rukh is currently preparing for the role of a dwarf for Aanand L. Rai’s movie that also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The film set for a theatrical release on Christmas next year.
