Shah Rukh Khan was in NCR recently, where a few lucky readers won their moment with him. “I like meeting my fans whenever and wherever. When we express the lives of ordinary people in films, why not meet them? I’m quite blessed at having so many fans; though I won’t be able to meet all of them in my whole life!” said the 45-year-old, as he took a break between his hectic schedule.

The actor admitted he hadn’t enjoyed a wink of sleep in the last five days, as he was on a promotion marathon for his upcoming superhero flick, RA.One, which releases next month. He said that the film, on which he reportedly spent Rs 150 crore, has left him broke. “I’ve spent a lot of money on it, way beyond my capability. This film is way beyond numbers. It’s from the heart, and the heart doesn’t know how to calculate,” he reasoned.

The movie is getting approval from Hollywood technicians. “We should make our films so superior, that Hollywood should be interested in us and not the other way. It’s my turn to give back to the Indian film industry.” Later in the evening, SRK performed at the Global Indian Music Awards (GIMA) at the entertainment hub, Kingdom of Dreams.
