Student of the Year 2, starring Tiger Shroff and debutants Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria, received lukewarm response at the box office amid disappointing reviews. The film could not become Tiger’s highest opening film with a day one collection of just 12 crore. His highest opener remains Baaghi 2 which opened to 25 crore in 2018.
