At the launch of the song, Taapsee was asked about her ‘break’ in the industry. She said, “I was doing films that you’ll see in the festive season. It has just begun; this (single) is just the trailer for me for this year. There’s going to be Pink, there is Tadka and there are a couple of projects coming up. I have been shooting non-stop, it’s just that the shooting has been a bit delayed. You will see me, just that there shouldn’t be an overdose, that’s what I am really scared of.”
