Apparently, the actor has become good friends with the Indian cricketer, and has also been spotted at several public events with him. Interestingly, Asin joined a photo-sharing site around a month ago, and has a huge number of followers, including Yuvraj. "Yuvraj comments on her posts in Instagram frequently and they are often seen chatting on the platform. Recently, he started calling her Assassin, while addressing her in a chat," says a source.

"Asin was surprised to see Yuvraj calling her Assassin, but she found it too funny to object. She took it sportingly, and also thought of giving Yuvraj a new name in return, but she is yet to find a quirky one," adds the source.

Asin and Yuvraj Singh are good friends.

Asin, who is currently shooting for director Umesh Shukla’s film, where she is paired opposite Abhishek Bachchan, often catches up with Yuvraj over the phone and chats with him about movies and even the ongoing Cricket World Cup.

When contacted, Asin remained unavailable for a comment, but her spokesperson confirmed the development, saying, "They have become good friends over time, and Asin is planning to catch up with him once she is done with the shooting of the film."
