The first mill is scheduled to be added to Bull Moose’s Georgia operations later this year, Caparo said in a statement here.

The second mill– tentatively scheduled to be added to the company’s existing operations in Casa Grande, Arizona after the Georgia mill is completed– would enhance that location’ s current production capacity and support Bull Moose’s growing business on the West Coast.

The asset purchase comes on the heels of the company’s announcement in October 2015 of its increased investment in its sprinkler-pipe operations amid growing demand. With the addition of these two mills and investments made in 2015, Bull Moose will double its sprinkler output capabilities.

“In 2015, we at Bull Moose announced our commitment to continue to meet the needs of current and new customers. The purchase of these assets is a critical step in honouring this commitment,” said Michael Blatz, CEO of Bull Moose Industries.

Paul said: “This purchase is another example of our ongoing pursuit of growth opportunities in the US. We will continue to support the efforts of our US-based businesses as they continue to expand.”
