19 investors for Oberoi Realty

Real estate developer Oberoi Realty Ltd on Wednesday said it has finalised allocation of 7.1 million shares to 19 anchor investors to raise Rs 185 crore.

Real estate developer Oberoi Realty Ltd on Wednesday said it has finalised allocation of 7.1 million shares to 19 anchor investors to raise Rs 185 crore, prior to its initial public offering that opened on Wednesday.

The allocation is at the higher end of the price band of Rs 253-260, it said.
