Coal India in BSE-500 index from Nov 25: BSE

The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd today said that it will include the scrip of Coal India Ltd in its BSE-500 index, effective November 25.

The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd (BSE) on Monday said that it will include the scrip of Coal India Ltd in its BSE-500 index, effective November 25.

The BSE will also add the scrip of Syndicate Bank Ltd in its BSE-200 index, the Exchange release said here.

The BSE will exclude Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd from BSE-200 index, BSE-500 index, BSE Healthcare index and BSE Mid-Cap index effective November 25.

Trading in the equity shares of Jubilant Life Sciences will be on ex-entitlement basis effective November 25 on account of demerger of Agri Products Division, Performance Polymer Division and IMFL Division of the company into Jubilant Industries Ltd, the release said.
