20-year-old Zirakpur girl abducted
A Class-12 student was allegedly abducted from outside her school at Zirakpur on March 21. The shocked and distraught parents approached the police on Wednesday, five days after Gurpreet Kaur (20), a resident of Nabha Saab village in Zirakpur, went missing.

A Class-12 student was allegedly abducted from outside her school at Zirakpur on March 21. The shocked and distraught parents approached the police on Wednesday, five days after Gurpreet Kaur (20), a resident of Nabha Saab village in Zirakpur, went missing.
The girl is a student at Government Senior Secondary School, Dailpura village.
Satwant Singh (45), father of the victim, resident of Nabha Saab village in Zirakpur, claimed that her daughter did not appear at the school gate on the afternoon of March 21.
After searching frantically for five days, he decided to approach the police and a case has been registered under Section 363 (kidnapping) of the IPC.
"The father does not suspect anyone. We hope to crack the case soon."
