Himachal University VC will not get another term: CM
The Vice-Chancellor of HimachalUniversity, whose tenure will end on May 24, will not get another term, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said on Monday.

The Vice-Chancellor of HimachalUniversity, whose tenure will end on May 24, will not get another term, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said on Monday.
No decision has been taken to give another term to VC Prof A D N Bajpayee, but he would continue to work on the post till the new VC is appointed, Singh said.
A search committee would be constituted soon to start the process of selection of new VC, he added.
The three-year term of Bajpayee started on May 25, 2011.
With the end of Bajpayee's term nearing, speculations were rife that he would get another term.
