Man arrested for raping minor in Rupnagar
A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped at Bhangla village falling under Nangal tehsil of Rupnagar district on Saturday night. It is alleged that the accused, Karan Singh Rana of Bhangla village, called the girl from her house to a secluded place around 8 pm on Saturday and raped her.

A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped at Bhangla village falling under Nangal tehsil of Rupnagar district on Saturday night.
It is alleged that the accused, Karan Singh Rana of Bhangla village, called the girl from her house to a secluded place around 8 pm on Saturday and raped her.
The police have registered a case under Section 376 of the IPC and arrested Rana.
The girl's medical examination has been conducted.
