Panchkula family donates ambulance to PGI

A Panchkula-based family donated a Tata Winger ambulance van for patients at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), here on Friday.

A Panchkula-based family donated a Tata Winger ambulance van for patients at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), here on Friday.

The van was donated by Dr DK Batta and his family who reside at Sector 9, Panchkula.

Batta handed over the keys of the ambulance to Dr Yogesh Chawla, director, PGIMER.

Dr Chawla thanked Dr Batta for his noble gesture.

Acting medical superintendent Dr D Behera, deputy director Chetan Rao, financial adviser Sushil Thakur, faculty and other officers were also present on the occasion.
