Haryana excise and taxation minister Kiran Chaudhry was injured when stones were hurled at her during her address at a village 10km from Narnaul town on Wednesday evening.

She was moved to the Narnaul civil hospital and then referred to a Gurgaon hospital. She was at Koriwas village to campaign for her daughter, Shruti Chaudhry, who is the Congress candidate from Bhiwani-Mahendragarh when three stones were thrown at her from the crowd. One hit her in the chest.
